Cozzy's Comedy Club & Tavern hosts fundraisers for other organizations on Wednesday nights throuout the year. PCT is using this opportunity to raise funds.
You may already know Cozzy's Comedy Club & Tavern as a great place to eat, drink, see great local and touring comedians, or watch NASCAR, but if you don't PCT's fundraiser is a fantastic opportunity to get to know the Penisula's premier comedy institution.
Join PCT as we laugh and support a theatre that is near and dear to our hearts. The evening will consist of a cash bar and food for purchase so come early, grab a bite and a seat to enjoy national stand-up comedian Sonya King!
Slow down there Sparky. Maybe the time has come to stop and smell the laughter! At least that is the attitude of deadpan funny lady Sonya King. It is true that she is quiet, but her audience is not. They are too busy laughing! And you can hear that laughter in every corner of the country as Sonya makes her way from one coast to the other quietly making a big noise.
From Sonya's Website: "I’m an author, comedian, speaker and parent surviving autism. Raising my Autistic son Josh is the hardest thing I’ve ever done, and realizing how I feel about myself as his parent is a close runner up. The fact that he’s still alive, and I’m not in jail, is a direct result of humor, and finding the funny amid heartache is what saved us both."
