Our volunteer staff at the PCT box office will help you with your ticketing needs. We use online tools and phone automation to augment the limited number of volunteer hours that we spend in the box office. Most transactions can be handled on-line, but we’re glad to help when we can.
We use ArtsPeople for our ticketing support. This professional service is a set of web-based tools for sales and marketing. Using ArtsPeople allows you to select and purchase tickets for shows on the web. Tickets purchased through a box office volunteer use the same website.
Ushers will accept tickets printed at the box office, or tickets you print at home. And if you can display your print-at-home ticket on your phone, the ushers will admit you with no paper at all!
If you’re having problem printing tickets, just stop by the box office before the show, and leave a few extra minutes for us to print your tickets. All we’ll need is the name under which you bought the tickets.
Our phone system allows us to post information about the theatre, and for you to leave messages. We will generally return calls during our box office hours. Our volunteers will check messages before their volunteer shift.

Tickets for our Main Stage shows are $18 through May 2018. We offer a discount for Active Duty Military and family, and for Seniors 60 years and up at $17. PCT offers student pricing (22 years and younger) for $12 to encourage our next generation to engage with live theatre.
Our Children’s theatre program has all seats for $7. Subscriptions also offer discounts, see our subscription section. Group discounts are available for groups of 20 or more purchased together for the same performance.
Orders placed on-line or on the phone are subject to a $2.75 order fee (for any number of tickets). Orders in person at the box office are free. Subscriptions are not subject to an order fee.
In the unlikely event that a show must be canceled due to inclement weather, loss of power, or any other reason, PCT will announce the cancellation as follows:

The box office is staffed one hour before each show. It’s also open Tuesday and Thursday 7:00 pm until 8:30 pm from Two Weeks before a Main Stage show opens until close.
We'll be working in the box office during irregular hours during subscription season, so please leave us a message at 757 595-5PCT option 3,3 if you need to reach us.
PCT offers ticket subscriptions for a full season of shows. Main Stage subscribers make up the membership of our Community Theatre! Subscriptions are available now. Print this form and mail it in, or subscribe online.
Main Stage subscriptions are $70. Children’s Theatre subscriptions are $25. Donations are accepted as part of this annual subscription, to establish a donor level for the account. Multiple seats may be ordered along with a single donation.
Ticket exchanges will be available starting July 15th.
Go to our Ticketing Page. Across the top of that page, above the show listing are a few menu items. One is “Ticket Exchanges”. Click that, and enter the “Ticket Code” from your current ticket. Choose the performance and seats for your exchange.
You must perform the exchange before your current ticketed time. Your ticket code for the new tickets will be different. If you have a problem printing your new tickets, just come it 15 minutes before show time so we can print your tickets at the box office.
