PCT Box Office

Our volunteer staff at the PCT box office will help you with your ticketing needs. We use online tools and phone automation to augment the limited number of volunteer hours that we spend in the box office. Most transactions can be handled on-line, but we’re glad to help when we can.

We use ArtsPeople for our ticketing support. This professional service is a set of web-based tools for sales and marketing. Using ArtsPeople allows you to select and purchase tickets for shows on the web. Tickets purchased through a box office volunteer use the same website.

Tickets

Ushers will accept tickets printed at the box office, or tickets you print at home. And if you can display your print-at-home ticket on your phone, the ushers will admit you with no paper at all! If you’re having problem printing tickets, just stop by the box office before the show, and leave a few extra minutes for us to print your tickets. All we’ll need is the name under which you bought the tickets.

Phone

Our phone system allows us to post information about the theatre, and for you to leave messages. We will generally return calls during our box office hours. Our volunteers will check messages before their volunteer shift.

Pricing

 Current (23-24) Season - Tickets for our Main Stage shows are $20. We offer a discount for Active Duty Military and family, and for Seniors 60 years and up at $17. PCT offers student pricing (22 years and younger) for $12 to encourage our next generation to engage with live theatre.

Our Children’s theatre program has all seats for $7. Subscriptions also offer discounts, see our subscription section.

Group discounts are available for groups of 20 or more purchased together for the same performance. Orders placed on-line or on the phone are subject to a $3.00 order fee (for any number of tickets). Orders in person at the box office are free. Subscriptions are not subject to an order fee.

Gift Certificates

PCT Gift Certificates are available for Purchase in person during box office hours, or online. Gift Certificates spend like Cash, and do not expire!

Also available - Flex Passes- good for tickets during the remainder of our current season (Now thru May,) Either may be bought by one person, and then used by another, to choose when to go to PCT, and where to sit.

Box Office Hours

The box office is staffed one hour before each show. It’s also open Tuesday and Thursday 7:00 pm until 8:30 pm from Two Weeks before a Main Stage show opens until close.

We'll be working extra time in the box office during during subscription season, so please leave us a message at 757 595-5PCT option 3,3 if you need to reach us.

Subscriptions

PCT offers ticket subscriptions for a full season of shows. Subscription Sales run from May-August each year. Main Stage subscribers make up the membership of our Community Theatre!

Subscription Forms can be printed out and mailed in. We'll fill the subscriptions starting in June. Online subscriptions will open in June or July.

Donations are accepted as part of this annual subscription, to establish a donor level for the account. Multiple seats may be ordered along with a single donation.

Ticket Exchanges

Ticket exchanges will be available for the new season starting July 22nd.

Click here and select "Exchange Tickets" at the top of the page. Enter the “Ticket Code” from your current ticket. Choose the performance and seats for your exchange. You must perform the exchange before your current ticketed time. Your ticket code for the new tickets will be different. If you have a problem printing your new tickets, just come in 15 minutes before show time so we can print your tickets at the box office.

Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event that a show must be canceled due to inclement weather, loss of power, or any other reason, PCT will announce the cancellation as follows:

  • On our automated answering service at (757) 595-5728
  • On our website: www.pctlive.org
  • Signs will be posted on our theatre doors.
  • An email will be sent to everyone who is registered with our newsletter.
  • Time permitting, we will phone patrons.
